Authentic East Coast Pizza is “authentic” east coast pizza? It all starts with handmade dough using only the finest and freshest ingredients. We hand toss all our pizzas with “peel-to brick” baking... no screens or conveyor belts... making the crust very crispy and tender. We then top our pizza with our homemade pizza sauce using a family recipe handed down for generations.
Our three cheese blend tops off every pizza pie. It takes a true artist to make pizza this way! Your pizza will take 15-25 minutes to make (may be longer on busy nights) from start to finish and will have a “brick oven” crust.
